A Welcome Message from Our Leadership

At Help Lesotho, we believe sustainable impact is built through strong local leadership and trusted partnerships.

Our organizational model is unique. We operate as a single organization with various departments. In Canada, we focus on strengthening donor relationships, stewarding resources responsibly, and supporting long-term organizational sustainability. In Lesotho, day-to-day leadership and program delivery are led by a highly capable Basotho team in Lesotho.

Responsibilities are intentionally shared across countries to ensure:

  • Strong financial and legal stewardship
  • Local leadership, relevance, and ownership
  • Long-term sustainability and impact

This structure allows Help Lesotho to meet donor expectations while remaining deeply grounded in the communities we serve.

Our united team cares deeply about our mission. Working with Help Lesotho is not just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of something much bigger than any one of us.

- Kate, Executive Director (Canada)
- Sello, Program Director (Lesotho)
