All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. Online donations and event registrations are processed through Causeview (DonorPerfect), which securely collects and transmits your payment information. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Your information may also be stored in Salesforce, our secure donor relationship management system, which may be hosted outside of Canada.

Some third-party service providers may store or process personal information outside of Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in Canada.

 

8. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our website, manage communications, or process donations - such as:

• Mailchimp (email communications)
• DonorPerfect / Causeview (donations and event registrations)
• Salesforce (CRM database)
  These providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
